Typical day's food...
Breakfast: no breakfast...when I do (rarely) It's buttered toast or cornflakes with banana/crunchy nut cornflakes.
Lunch: No Lunch...I just pick at whatever's around. Or I eat something sugary for an energy burst like choccies or biccies.
Dinner : Usually rice with some kind of meat and some veggies on the side. I love soups, roast chicken/beef, fried steaks/chicken steaks, fish (not as often as I should), i love spinach and aubergines etc pasta, baked dishes like shepherd's pie, lasagne etc
My problem with my usual diet is I don't eat proper meals all day up until dinner time (honestly I don't get hungry)and I make up for the low energy with sugar or the odd sammich here and there. For a big girl, I didn't eat a quarter of what i've eaten the last 3 days...and i'm STILL HUNGRY!!
Today's food list
Breakfast : 300g fresh pineapple
in between : mug of peppermint tea and 2 soya lecithin capsules.
lunch : HUGE plate...spring greens, carrots, potato, sweet potato, lentils, raw cabbage, lettuce, raw grated carrot, onion, red pepper and watercress drizzled with olive oil and a poxy amount of salt. 2 osteocare tablets.
dinner : half a bowl of porridge with two bananas, two slices wholemeal toast, half an apple and 2 tablespoons of wheatgerm mixed with 1 tablespoon honey (I couldn't finish it, can't stand honey)
2 hours later my belly was rumbling...so I had a big bowl of spring greens, sweet potato, lentils and 3 tiny chicken wings with red sauce.
2 hours after that....hungry again...tiny bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes...not allowed but i needed SOMETHING!
now at 2:30am...yeh...HUNGRY AGAIN. WTF??
The diet i'm following is from a health book called viva melhor. It's a brazilian book and it has sooo much information on how to heal yourself using only fruits, veggies and natural herbs. I'll post about that separately. I seriously hope me being this hungry is a good thing...maybe my metabolism has come out of hibernation or something..I don't know. I'll look into that in a sec. God I need a donut or something...
for real though...what am i gonna do about my belly? lol
