So i'm on a diet....
Raided the co-op today for the healthies. I'm a weirdo when it comes to healthy food, i LOVE veggies, but don't eat them as muc as I should...but i manage at least one portion or two a week.
I've been in love with chinese cabbage since last year and also get butterflies when i see fried aubergine and okra in red sauce with beef...aaaah my god lol BUT I need to eat more and really wanna drop 2 dress sizes in at least 4 months time. Should be a piece of piss according to anna richardson..her book says you can drop a dress size and 7 pounds in two weeks!
Really gonna miss cream eclairs *sobs* Today dinner was bacalhao (portuguese saltfish..cod) with rice and stir fried mangetout with onions and mushrooms. And good goop of thai sweet chilli sauce aaalll over the top...cuz i'm cool like that. lol.
Anyway, shouldn't have had te rice because i'm no allowed 'carbs after 6 blah blah blah' but i was flippin hungry, i didn't have lunch :/
I plan on keeping a weight diary and in 4 months time..i better be a bloody size 12 >:/ Bless hubby though...he doesn't want me to lose my pot belly lol he wuvz it..which makes me happy to know that I have a man who doesn't care what size I am, but you know us girls..we wanna look nice for our hubbies...yet they insist they want us to stay juicy lol he told me yesterday that once i lose the weight i MUST get fat again...that defeats the object of the weight loss but it made me smile <3 :]
